Unusual tips for weight loss
I prefer to eat in a small plate. Its the same measure of food, but different perspective. Optical illusion leads us to make inaccurate estimates of serving size, depending on what size plate they are presented on.
Snacking on Dark Chocolate: If I am craving for something sweet, I would grab dark chocolate. I am really addicted to this chocolate.
I go to shopping: Trying new clothes makes me feel, how good I am in the dress, which inspires me to stay in shape.
I prefer to drink hot water most of the time.
I don’t micro-manage my food. I prefer to eat healthy stuff. But, we do need some fun caloric stuff here and there. I try not to go over board though.
I developed a habit of reading about food. It developed me to be conscious about the food I eat.
I wanted to use the sun light. So, When I go to gym, I will try to workout where there is sunlight.
Understanding the ingredient label. For an example, I will try not to opt if the 1st ingredient is Sugar in bread spreads.
